Oops

Totally been to busy and forgotten to update this.
Tippy is all made and happy.
I'm finding giving him emotions really hard.
I can add lights and stuff, but i'm not sure how to use the modifiers to make him emotional without it looking like a facial expression...
At the moment i'm going through all of the tutorials and printscreening the process to add into my sketch book.

Hate Harddrives.

I've literally just had heart faliure.
Plug my harddrive in this morning at home, to make a backup of everything. AND MY COMPUTER DOESN'T READ IT!
In tears, i calm myself down, make the journey to college. Praying!
Plug it in at college! EVERYTHINGS THERE!
I HATE MY COMPUTER!
So now i'm doing the tedious job of making everything into jpg's and emailing them to myself...
Frigging hate technology. How am i suppose to make a back up now!!

Time line.

I'm making a timeline for my sketchbook. The tells you all about watch was the first film to do what using 3D stuff.
Its really interesting to find out all these facts, especially from films you watched as a child.

Illustrator

I do hate this program, but it can do some helpful things in it that you can't do in photoshop.
Put all the measurements on my Tippy the Truck.
I would upload a picture. But Illustrator is so special that it can't save in the file type that i want :)

Oh today I also made a hammer. You can have that. Cos i put it into photoshop, as that works.

Essay Finished

Woop finished my 2500 word, 11 page eassy. :)
And the powerpoint, with a little word add on.
Next i'm going to import one shape into max. Then i've run out of things to do until paul teaches us something new.
Oh and buying a sketch book is next on the list.

3D Modelling

At the beginning of last week, I didn't have a clue how to use 3D studio Max, but I now know how to make shapes, change them, and then finally add textures!
Last week i also finished scanning in my ato scale 3d model of the truck, and in illustrator, but the lines around it and made all the shapes seperate and on different layres. It is not ready to be imported to 3dsm, but for the time being i am focusing on the powerpoint and essay.
